ERASMUS+ programme





ERASMUS+ is a new European programme for the period 2014 to 2020. It includes different old programmes for 2007-2013:
  • Lifelong Learning programme (LLP) ;
    • COMENIUS ;
    • ERASMUS ;
    • LEONARDO DA VINCI ;
    • GRUNDTVIG ;
  • ERASMUS MUNDUS ;
  • Youth in action ;
  • TEMPUS ;
  • ALFA ;
  • EDULINK.
ERASMUS+ supports projects covering:

  • Youth ;
  • Education ;
  • Higher education ;
  • Vocational education ;
  • Adult learning ;
  • Youth non-formal and informal learning ;
  • Sport.
The programme is for all ages:
  • Young people: students, apprentices, pupils, Young people Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), trainees, volunteers, etc.
  • Adults: youth workers, teachers and professors, adult learners, volunteers, trainers, etc.
Finally, the programme is divided as follows:
  • KEY ACTION 1: Mobility of individuals;
  • KEY ACTION 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices;
  • KEY ACTION 3: Support for policy reform;
  • JEAN MONNET ACTIVITIES: studies on the European Union;
  • SPORT: Collaborative partnerships and Not-for-profit European sport events.
The next deadlines for the submission of the application forms are:
  • KEY ACTION 1:
    • Mobility of individuals in the field of education, training and youth (all): Monday 24 March 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
    • Mobility of individuals in the field of youth only: Wednesday 30 April 2014 and Wednesday 1 October 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
    • Joint master degrees: Thursday 27 March 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
    • Large-scale European voluntary service events: Thursday 3 April 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
  • KEY ACTION 2:
    • Strategic partnerships in the field of education, training and youth (all): Wednesday 30 April 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
    • Strategic partnerships in the field of youth only: Wednesday 1 October 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
    • Knowledge alliances, sector skills alliances: Thursday 3 April 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
    • Capacity building in the field of youth: Thursday 3 April 2014 and Tuesday 2 September 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
  • KEY ACTION 3:
    • Meeting between young people and decision-makers in the field of youth: Wednesday 30 April 2014 and Wednesday 1 October 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
  • JEAN MONNET ACTIVITIES: Wednesday 26 March 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
  • SPORT:
    • Collaborative partnerships in the sport field: Thursday 15 May 2014 (Midday, Brussels time);
    • Not-for-profit European sport events: Friday 14 March 2014 and Thursday 15 May 2014 (Midday, Brussels time).
